2004 Bird in Hand Two In The Bush Merlot Cabernet

A tight, medium bodied Merlot. Bright crimson brick red colour with brick red hue. Aroma of mulberry, spice and stewed plum. The palate flavours are tight, with stewed fruit and spice emerging followed by some mulberry back palate flavours. Fine grained tannins. Excellent balance. Aftertaste of plum and spice.
