The grape varieties for this Rose wine remain a mystery. The grapes spent 48 hours on skins, thus only picking up a translucent mauve, damask pink colour. The palate reveals aroma of stewed plum, followed by a touch of raspberry and strawberry. There is a touch of residual sweetness on the palate, with flavours of stewed plum and ripe raspberry. Supple flavours profile. Aftertaste of sour plum and sour strawberries.
