2004 Australian College of Wine Eden Park Chardonnay

The colour is developed, showing oxidized golden colour with green film. Aroma of butterscotch, yeast lees and cashew. The palate is broadening out, with the acidity falling away. Light toasted oak flavours emerge over delicate cashew and yeast lees.
