2004 Au Cabernet Sauvignon

Crimson brick red colour with crimson brick red hue. Medium body. The nose and palate display unripe fruit character. Stewed fruit, stalk, cigar box and tea leaf aroma fill the nose. On the palate, flavours of green tea and stalk are indicative of unripe fruit. Fine dry tannins. Cedar and stalk aftertaste.
