The best barrels of Shiraz were selected for this blend, which has been made from 56% McLaren Vale, 7% Langhorne Creek and 37% Adelaide Hills. Totally opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Perfumed top note of vanilla, violet, spice and liquorice, with a black pepper end note. The palate is refined. Flavours of plum and vanilla over a layer of liquorice. Fine grained chalky tannins. Aftertaste of vanilla, plum and spice.
