2004 Anakena Carmenere

Very deep, almost opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson purple hue. Perfumed nose, with top note of violets, mulberry and blackcurrant. On the palate flavours of plum, blackcurrant and stewed fruit are followed by a hint of liquorice and leather on the back palate. Fine grained dryish tannins. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
