Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of yeast lees and cashew, followed by notes of hazelnut and fig – indicative of cool climate Chardonnay. Creamy palate weight and mouthfeel, with flavours of fig and cashew evident over a biscuit back palate which delivers a touch of coarseness. Aftertaste of spice and cashew.
