2004 3 Hills High Cabernet Franc

A commercial red. Very deep brick red colour with deep brick red hue. Aroma of stewed plum and spice followed by a touch of strawberry jam. On the palate, flavours of stewed fruit and plum are followed by a touch of cherry. The flavour profile bears more resemblance to Shiraz than Pinot. Soft tannins. Aftertaste of cherry and stewed fruit.
