2003 Yarra Burn Shiraz Viognier

Outstanding black purple colour with purple cling. Top notes of dried apricot, spice, black pepper and violets. Moderate palate length. Flavours of spice and plum followed by white pepper on the back palate over layers of smoky oak and liquorice. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of white pepper and plum.
