2003 Wise Vineyards Pemberton Reserve Chardonnay

Brilliant gold colour with pale gold and green tinge showing bottle development. The nose is subtle with toasted oak top notes followed by biscuit, yeast lees and honey. The palate does not follow through from the nose. Flavours of butterscotch, honey and light toast are evident. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees, honey, toast and a touch of tropical fruit.
