This wine has been matured in 100% new French oak. Bright gold straw colour with deep straw hue. Aroma of hazelnut and cashew, followed by nuances of honeycomb. The palate flavours are light, with a touch of lemon and grapefruit evident over a background of butterscotch and yeast lees. Lemon aftertaste.
