A wine that displays superb Pinot Noir structure. Translucent crimson mauve colour with mauve hue. The nose displays sophisticated Pinot character – aroma of spice and strawberry followed by endnotes of cherry and game. The palate structure is silky smooth, and delivers an impressive Pinot flavour wave, showing excellent length and depth, with very spicy, peppery back palate. Perfect balance. Very long aftertaste of cherry and spice.
