2003 Tigress Bay of Fires Riesling

A superb cool climate Riesling. Brilliant pale waterlike colour. Lifted nose of lime, citrus, tropical fruit and spice over a floral background. The palate has excellent weight with silky mouthfeel. Flavours of ripe mandarin, lime, citrus and tropical fruit. Crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of lime and tropical fruit.
