2003 Sutherland Estate Daniel's Hill Vineyard Shiraz

Medium body, crimson colour with crimson hue. Top note of plum followed by spice, cedar and vanilla. The palate displays flavours of plum, spice and stewed fruit over a mocha back palate. Fine dry tannins. Aftertaste of mocha and dark chocolate with dry tannins persisting.
