2003 Simon Hackett Shiraz

Very deep, almost opaque crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of spice, plum and stewed fruit, followed by liquorice and vanilla end notes. On the palate, flavours of vanilla, plum, spice and dark chocolate are supported by fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of vanilla, plum, dark chocolate and a touch of mocha.
