2003 Serafino Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of vanilla, plum and spice, followed by blackberry and a hint of chocolate. The palate has good weight and mouthfeel. Flavours of vanilla and chocolate are followed by liquorice and white pepper. Fine grained tannins. Long aftertaste of vanilla, liquorice and spice with black pepper persisting.
