2003 Serafino Barrel Fermented Chardonnay

Very deep straw colour with pale gold hue, showing some oxidized characteristics. Aroma of biscuit, cashews, yeast lees and melon with a hint of tropical fruit. The palate has a creamy mouth feel, with flavours of spice, hazelnut, melon and tropical fruit emerging. Good length. Aftertaste of tropical fruit, spice and butterscotch.
