This is Seppelt’s flagship Shiraz and is sourced from the St Peters, Imperial and Police vineyards located in Great Western and the Grampians. The wine was matured for 20 months in a combination of one and two-year-old French oak.

Opaque black crimson colour with deep black hue. Aroma of violets and plum – the nose is perfumed, with endnotes of spice, liquorice allsorts and blackberry. Full bodied – flavours of spice, black pepper, violet infusions, vanilla and chocolate. Mouthfilling palate. Fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced. Long aftertaste of plum, vanilla and dark chocolate. Extremely limited stocks.
