2003 RockBare Babe Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson brick red hue. Top note of ripe blackberry followed by dark chocolate, confectionary, vanilla and spice. On the palate flavours of plum and stewed fruit are supported by a touch of cedar. There is a hint of fruit drying out. Flavours of cedar and spice run through to the aftertaste, with vanilla and confectionary reappearing.
