Brilliant very pale straw colour. Aroma of tropical fruit and ripe Jonathon apples followed by a hint of spice and pineapple. There is a touch of residual sweetness on the palate with flavours of ripe pineapple and apple juice emerging. Clean acid finish. Fruity ripe pineapple and tropical fruit aftertaste.
