2003 Pretty Sally Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of spice, followed by plum and vanilla with a delicate violets, confectionary end note – a delightful sniff. The palate backbone is supported by fine dryish chalky tannins which carry ripe blackcurrant and cassis fruit. There is a hint of chocolate, followed by cedar, cassis and spice. An elegant wine. Aftertaste of cedar, blackcurrant and a touch of truffle.
