The wine consists of a blend of 63% Sauvignon Blanc and 37% Semillon. Very pale straw colour, with pale hue. The nose is quite subdued for a current release white. Hint of confectionary, tropical fruit and spice. The palate flavours are light with confectionary and lemon flavours emerging. Soft clean acid finish with delicate aftertaste of cashews.
