Brilliant straw colour with pale green hue. The nose displays a barrel ferment top note, followed by biscuit less over a honeycomb and hazelnut end note. The palate is without great intensity. Flavours of melon, biscuit, yeast lees and spice. Creamy texture. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of spice, melon and yeast lees.
