2003 Pfeiffer Carlyle Chardonnay

Bright pale gold colour showing bottle development. The nose is also showing some bottle development – aroma of biscuit, yeast lees and hazelnut. Creamy palate texture with flavours of tropical fruit and butterscotch emerging. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of butterscotch and yeast lees.
