2003 Passing Clouds Graeme's Blend Shiraz Cabernet

A refined blend. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of blackcurrant, spice and cedar followed by a hint of chocolate as an end note. The palate is refined, with flavours of spice, cedar, blackcurrant and plum emerging. Fine grained, slightly chalky tannins, excellent balance. Long aftertaste of spice, cedar and plum.
