2003 Paringa Estate Riesling

An excellent Riesling from the Mornington Peninsula, with some unusual flavour twists. Bright pale straw colour. Perfumed nose of tropical fruit and lime followed by ripe pineapple, passionfruit and a floral endnote. The palate flavours are generous driven by the pineapple and pear flavour components with the lime flavour remaining in the background. Crisp acid finish, perfect balance, with long aftertaste of lime, pear and lemon.
