2003 Mountadam Cabernet Merlot

Very deep crimson colour, with deep brick red hue. Aroma of tea leaf, spice and leather. The tannin structure is very dry, with tea leaf, cedar and leather flavours dominant. The dry tannins persist long into the aftertaste.
