2003 Long Gully Estate Chardonnay

Deep straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of yeast lees, followed by a touch of butterscotch. Creamy palate texture. Dry flavour profile with honey and yeast lees characteristics emerging. The acidity is light, with aftertaste of honey, yeast lees and spice, leaving the palate with a warm sensation.
