2003 L'Hereu Raventos Reserva Brut Blanc

This Sparkling wine is made from 60% Macabeu, 20% Xarel-lo and 20% Parellada. The wine has a satisfactory mousse, with fine bead. Moderate persistence. Pale straw with green tinge base wine. The nose is subdued. Light yeast lees and confectionary aroma. On the palate light citrus and confectionary flavours emerge. Relatively high acidity. Light citrus and confectionary aftertaste. A clean, lean style.
