2003 Katnook Estate Limited Edition Chardonnay

The Katnook Limited Edition Collection has been brought out to commemorate the Centenary of the Australian Tennis Open (1905-2005).
Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of hazelnut, yeast lees, cashew, toasted oak and biscuit, producing an excellent sniff. The palate has good weight, with flavours of yeast lees, cashew and biscuit followed by a touch of smoky oak and lemon. Excellent length. Clean acid finish. Perfect balance.
