2003 Kaesler Old Vine Riesling

An Outstanding follow up to the 2002. Brilliant straw colour. Superb aromatic nose, showing Germanic inspired lift. Top note of lime, followed by orange blossom and a hint of tropical fruit. The palate has excellent structure. The lime lemon flavour profile dominates, but is perfectly counterpointed by the crisp acid backbone. The lime lemon characteristic linger long into the aftertaste. A wine that will develop superbly.
