An elegant blend, showing impressive structure and balance.

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of plum, spice and liquorice followed by a hint of cedar. The palate delivers good weight and balance with flavours of spice, stewed fruit and cedar followed by a hint of liquorice. Fine grained tannins. The Cabernet remains the dominant flavour component. Long aftertaste of white pepper.
