2003 Houghton Cabernet Sauvignon

Very deep crimson black colour, with deep crimson hue. The nose displays impressive Cabernet lift, with aroma of liquorice, violets and just a hint of cedar, followed by a hint of tea leaf. The tea leaf characteristic re-emerges on the palate, followed by blackcurrant and spice. Fine dry tannins. Aftertaste of tea leaf, blackcurrant and spice.
