2003 Hollick Wrattonbully Shiraz

The fruit for this wine was grown on the Red Ridge Vineyard situated 50km north of Coonawarra. Very deep black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Aroma of dark chocolate, mocha and spice followed by a touch of leather. Flavours of stewed plums and spice are supported by a hint of aniseed in the back palate. Dryish tannins. Aftertaste of plum and stewed fruit.
