2003 Hollick Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

The blend is composed of 65% Shiraz and 35% Cabernet. Very deep crimson brick red colour with deep brick red hue. Aroma of spice, plum, vanilla, blackcurrant and cedar. The palate has good weight, with blackcurrant and cedar flavours emerging, followed by a hint of cigar. Soft tannins. Blackcurrant cedar aftertaste.
