2003 Helen's Hill Shiraz

A refined cool climate Shiraz. Bright crimson mauve purple colour with mauve purple hue. Medium body. Top note of spice, followed by plum and vanilla with violet and blackberry end notes. The palate displays flavours of plum spice and white pepper. Fine grained tannins, perfectly balanced and contributing to the sensation of elegance. Aftertaste of plum and spice.
