2003 Goundrey Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of spice, blackcurrant and violets delivering a perfumed sniff, showing ripe varietal fruit. There is a touch of tea leaf evident on the back palate, but it remains at an acceptable level. Flavours of spice, white pepper and blackcurrant are dominant. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of tea leaf, cedar, white pepper, spice and blackcurrant.
