The Chardonnay for this wine has been sourced from vineyards in Geographe, Great Southern and Margaret River. Bright pale gold colour with straw hue, showing signs of early development. Distinct ‘tricked up’ nose of butterscotch, spice and cinnamon followed by a spicy oak background. The palate also delivers that ‘tricked up’ sensation with butterscotch, cinnamon and spice flavours which run through into the aftertaste. Soft acid finish. Cinnamon and butterscotch aftertaste.
