Bright straw colour. Subtle nose of tropical fruit followed by a hint of confectionary and spice- relatively straightforward. The palate has good weight with flavours of Jonathon apple and tropical fruit emerging. Crisp acid finish. Ripe apple and tropical fruit aftertaste.
