Brilliant straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of toast, almonds, hazelnut and yeast lees over a butterscotch background showing good barrel ferment character. The butterscotch flavours are dominant on the palate and aftertaste, overlaid with a hint of cinnamon, hazelnut and yeast lees.

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Aroma of peach and spice followed by a touch of toasted oak. The palate reveals flavours of peach, spice, butterscotch and spicy oak, followed by a hint of yeast lees. Creamy palate. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of grapefruit, peach, spice and butterscotch.
