2003 Dog Ridge Vineyard DV3 Cabernet Sauvignon

Produced from low yielding Cabernet vines. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue, showing some signs of bottle age. There is a hint of leather on the nose, followed by stewed fruit and spice. The palate flavours are straightforward, with stewed fruit and spice dominant. Fine grained tannins, with a touch of leather on the back palate. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and spice.
