2003 Diamond Valley Vineyard Blue Label Pinot Noir

Since the first release of Diamond Valley wines in 1980 the wines have gone from strength to strength lead by their stable of Pinots. The Blue Label consistently delivers an excellent Pinot at an affordable everyday drinking price.

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of spice and violets, followed by a hint of game, clove, black cherry and strawberry. The palate flavours are mouthfilling and are supported by velvet tannins. The power wave emerges, and is impressive. Flavours of rhubarb, cherry and spice emerge over a cloves back palate. Very long aftertaste.
