2003 Cheviot Bridge Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of spice, plum and blackberry. The palate flavours are light, with subtle flavours of liquorice and plum emerging. The tannins are dry and chalky. Aftertaste of stewed fruit and plum,with dry tannins persisting.
