2003 Cheviot Bridge Cabernet Merlot

A commercial wine. Bright crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Medium body. Aroma of blackcurrant and spice, followed by a hint of liquorice. Delicate stewed fruit flavours emerge with a hint of liquorice – The palate profile is quite light. Soft tannins. Stewed fruit aftertaste.
