The nose starts off brilliantly. Bright deep straw colour and straw hue. Aroma of yeast lees, cashew, honey and biscuit showing very good barrel ferment character. Creamy texture. Flavours of yeast lees, melon, cashew and just a hint of sour peach on the back palate. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of sour peach, cashew and yeast lees.
