Brilliant deep straw colour with straw hue, showing some development. Grassy, vegetative top notes followed by unripe gooseberry, yeast lees and a touch of hay. Generous mouthfeel, with creamy texture. Unripe gooseberry and vegetative palate flavours followed by a hint of ripe gooseberry over some unripe / vegetative palate flavours. Mouthfilling, with excellent length and persistence. Clean finish.
