2003 Buckshot Vineyard Shiraz

A classy Heathcote Shiraz with an impressive flavour profile together with a real sense of elegance. Very deep black purple colour with purple hue – almost opaque. Aroma of blackberry, vanilla, spice and black pepper, showing classic Heathcote Shiraz characteristics. The palate has very good weight, but it does not have the voluptuous quality that is evident in other Heathcote wines. Flavours of blackberry, liquorice, vanilla, spice and black pepper are all evident on the palate. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, spice and black pepper.
