2003 Boynton's Paiko Viognier

An excellent example. Bright straw colour. The nose is very aromatic with scented notes of musk, ripe pear followed by a hint of mango. The palate is full bodied with flavours of citrus, orange peel, mango and tropical fruit. The structure is broad, but that is part of the style – with its fruit on the turn flavour profile! Crisp acid finish with long tropical fruit on the turn aftertaste followed by citrus, mango and pear.
