Like the companion Shiraz wine, the Cabernet is also impressive. Medium body. Crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Aroma of spice and blackcurrant followed by a hint of cedar. On the palate, flavours of spice, cedar, blackcurrant and leather are evident. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Long aftertaste of spice and cedar.
