2003 Best's Great Western Bin 1 Shiraz

Part of the fruit for the Bin No. 1 comes from the Salvation Hills Vineyard which was planted in 1996. Medium body. Deep crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Aroma of spice, blackberry, plum and vanilla. The palate reveals flavours of plum and spice, followed by liquorice and vanilla and just a hint of leather and earth. Fine grained tannins – excellent balance. Leather earth aftertaste.
